At SLAB LABS, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our products, refunds are handled under the following terms.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if:

The product arrives damaged

The product delivered is incorrect

There is a manufacturing defect

Requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear images or videos as proof.

Non-Refundable Items

Custom-made or personalized products

Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Minor variations in color, texture, or finish, as these are natural characteristics of marble-based products

Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.

Replacement Option

In eligible cases, SLAB LABS may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is due to an error on our part.
